Ontario Green Energy Act getting press in interesting places

A post on the WORLDCHANGING website entitled The Real Green Building Challenge: Creating Policy that Works mentions Ontario's Green Energy Act as a progressive law that will ratchet up the energy performance requirements for basic Building Code Compliant buildings, it also discusses new rules in England and Wales that mandate all properties sold or rented have an energy efficiency audit (similar requirements are also found in Ontario's Green Energy Act). I knew that other countries were watching Ontario, but it's nice to see the new legislation getting some airtime in international circles. We await full-scale implementation, but the first step to some progressive law and policy has been made. It's a start.
