Yesterday was an important milestone in my career. I have made it one full year being self-employed. It's quite amazing. Time files and I've been able to really design my future...and I realize it is hard, but very rewarding, to create this future. I feel at peace with my decision, I feel confident and scared at the same time, but I also feel energized to work everyday and be authentic. I come at this profession from a place of truth and of a genuine desire to do well while doing good.
No sides, just solutions....that is the goal.
The pursuit of authenticity also is the pursuit of career prosperity, in balance with the rest of my life...as this blog is supposed to be about "the rest"...I'll keep it at that.
